Construction Project Manager/Scheduler – Lexington, Ohio Office

Position Summary:

Gas Pipeline Construction Project Manager/Scheduler for our Lexington, Ohio office location: 4 to 6 years’ experience in project management in construction or 4 year civil engineering degree.  The successful candidates will be highly proficient in MS Project and/or Primavera.  Must be enthusiastic, hardworking, organized, hands-on person with good technical and communication skills, problem solving capability, and the ability to work independently. Candidate must be willing to listen, learn. 

Essential Job functions:

•         Must be able to manage projects of varying magnitude and complexity from conception to completion. 

•         Must be highly proficient in MS Project and/or Primavera

•         Must be proficient in developing and maintaining project schedules.

•         Must be able to understand and comply with construction contracts.

•         Maintain excellent communication with colleagues.

•         Must be able to handle assignments and projects with minimal supervision and complete within acceptable time standards. 

Position Qualifications:

•         Experience operating equipment/machinery and software is required, in addition to having the ability to plan, schedule, and undertake work safely, independently, and professionally.

•         4 to 6 years’ experience in construction project management or 4 year civil engineering degree.

•         Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.

•         High degree of initiative and independent judgment. 

Job Requirements


•         Must complete and pass a pre‐employment drug & alcohol screen.

•         Valid Driver’s License.

•         Ability to travel required.

•         Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.

•         Must be able to work long hours and weekends if needed.

•         Must pass practical exam.
